Aiden ten Velden

AI & Automation Consultant

I've run a business from the inside, and now I build the systems that run them. I find the work that drains your team's hours and show you how AI takes it off their plate.

What I do

Less admin, more business. Here's how I help.

  • Automation call

One hour. You leave with the two or three things most worth automating.

  • Automation audit

A fixed-price written plan, with automations ranked by hours saved and cost.

  • AI for your team

Coaching so your staff and developers use AI well, every day.

  • Business systems

Tools and integrations designed with you, built by your developer with my guidance.

  • Ongoing advice

A monthly block for questions, reviews and new ideas. No long contracts.

How it works
  1. 1

    Talk

A one-hour call about how your business runs.

  2. 2

    Plan

A fixed-price audit and a written plan, ranked by hours saved.

  3. 3

    Build and learn

Your team builds it with my guidance. You own everything.

About

I'm Aiden ten Velden. I've been the owner, the staff, the client and the one doing the books.

At nineteen I started a teaching business with no clients. My first students filled up in two weeks by word of mouth, and soon I was running a team of more than a dozen teachers.

Now I'm the lead developer on internal tools at a large e-commerce consultancy, and I drive AI every day to deliver in days what used to take weeks.

Based in Plettenberg Bay, working across South Africa and abroad. If something eats hours in your business, let's talk.
